These terms are between you and 13753158 Canada Inc. ("PocketBench"), 1988 River Rd, London, Ontario N5W 6C2, Canada. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

PocketBench helps truck drivers keep records of pay, fuel, expenses and miles, and prepares summaries such as IFTA, GST/HST and T2125. It is a record-keeping tool, not tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and of anything you file. Check figures read from receipts and statements before relying on them. Mileage estimates are estimates, not PC*MILER or official miles.

Your account

Keep your password and authenticator safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at support@pocketbench.net if you think someone else has used it.

Price and payment

The price is shown before you subscribe (currently 30 CAD plus tax for the first year). Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are billed, renewed and refunded under those stores' rules; you can cancel renewal in your store account at any time.

Your content

Your books and files belong to you. You give PocketBench permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You may export or delete them at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to, try to reach other people's data, break or overload the service, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer PocketBench. The app, its name and its design are owned by 13753158 Canada Inc.

Accountants

Partner accountants are independent professionals who set their own fees in their own engagement letter. PocketBench is not responsible for their work.

Availability and liability

We work to keep PocketBench available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, PocketBench is not liable for indirect losses, penalties or interest arising from filings, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Ontario law applies.
