Delete your PocketBench account

In the app: open PocketBench, go to Settings → Your PocketBench account → Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app: email support@pocketbench.net from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my PocketBench account". We confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and profile
• All entries: trips, fuel, expenses, miles, holdbacks, maintenance, settings
• All uploaded files: receipts, statements, PODs
• Consents, messages and accountant notes about you

What is kept

The security log of when an accountant opened your file (no books or files in it), kept for up to 6 years where the law requires it. Copies an accountant you worked with must keep under their professional rules are held by that accountant, not PocketBench.

Before deleting, you can download your books: Log → Tools → Save receipts to your phone, and Taxes → Export.
