Common questions

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and follow the email.

I lost my authenticator phone. Email us from your account's email address; we'll verify you and reset two-step sign-in.

A receipt or statement was read wrong. Edit the entry before saving; the original file stays attached. Send us the file if it keeps happening and we'll improve the reader.

How do I share my books with an accountant? Settings → File my taxes with PocketBench's accountant, or Settings → Accountant & sharing.
